Coming from a background of holiday letting with over 25 years’ experience in business development roles in the tourism and hospitality sectors, has equipped me well with all the requisite skills for advising clients on where to find the best properties for holiday letting, how to maximise their business potential and maintain and present the property in the best possible light. I have a passion for property and have been lucky enough to indulge this in my daily working life visiting a fascinating mix and style of homes and of course in turn meeting their inspiring and interesting owners. I am delighted when I can help prospective Buyers find the perfect property and help Homeowners achieve their goals and successfully present and market their property for holiday letting.

Kent is my ‘home turf’, having been born in Broadstairs. I know Kent inside out particularly East Kent and am one of its biggest advocates! It offers fabulous diversity, a wealth of history and wonderful unspoilt countryside, not to mention the gorgeous beaches and coastline. We are so lucky to have so many stunning villages and market towns plus a UNESCO world heritage site in the city of Canterbury on the doorstep, with all its cultural activities and in my opinion the most beautiful cathedral in England!

There are so many exciting opportunities for investors, from traditional seaside towns like Deal and Herne Bay to picturesque villages such as Petham, Wye or Hastingleigh. All just a short hop from London, thanks to the excellent rail links and motorway network.

Having spent a lot of time living in Europe, I settled back in Kent with my husband and two sons and just love the fact that we can still be in France within 1 hour of leaving home.
